When your session begins the chamber will fill with compressed air and oxygen. Once it has expanded to its filled size, the chamber will start to pressurize. While the chamber is pressurizing, your ears will feel the change in pressure inside and you will need to equalize the pressure in order to avoid the feeling of "fullness" in your ears. You can do so by chewing, swallowing, yawning, etc. After this point you can sit back and meditate or read and enjoy your session!

We do not accept insurance or issue superbills. However, we do offer a sliding scale for qualifying clients. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation and available options.

While our HBOT chamber is larger in size compared to others to accommodate this, in the rare event of claustrophobia and emergency exit we offer the following:

• First Early Exit (<30 minutes): FREE

• Second Early Exit (<30 minutes): 50% Fee

• Third or Subsequent Early Exit (<30 minutes): Full Session Fee

• Any exit after thirty (30) minutes: Full Session Fee.
